Tracking Your Treasures 📦🔍
When do I get the magical tracking number?
Our Chiody crew gets busy from Monday to Friday (we take weekends and holidays off to dream up more amazing products!). We lovingly prepare each order, which means we don’t rush them out the door on the same day.
From the moment you hit ‘buy’, it takes us about 2-6 business days to get your items from our treasure trove, all wrapped up and ready to go. Once your parcel sets sail, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its adventure to your doorstep.
Haven’t seen a tracking update in 6 working days? Send us a message in a bottle (or, you know, through our contact page), and we’ll get right on it. Remember, if there’s a hiccup with your payment or you accidentally gave us the map to someone else’s castle (wrong address), there might be a wee delay.
When will my goodies arrive?
We’re globe-trotters! Chiody offers worldwide shipping via our pals at USPS and YunExpress. Here’s how long it usually takes for our treasures to navigate the seas:

Worried about your parcel? If your order hasn’t arrived within 60 days, we’ll refund you in full — no treasure left behind! Missing something? Click Here to tell us, and we’ll scour the seven seas (or take 3-5 business days) to investigate and send a replacement if needed.
Customs, Duties, and Puzzle Boxes
Our prices might be in US Dollars and tax-free, but some countries love to throw in a puzzle or two (a.k.a. customs duties and taxes) when your order arrives. These extra charges are your quest, should you choose to accept it. If you’re not sure about the rules of the game, check with your local customs office.
Address Mysteries
Got excited and entered a mystical land as your address? Double-check your details, because once your order is on its way, we can’t turn the ship around. If your parcel ends up in the Bermuda Triangle because of a typo, we might not be able to retrieve it.
If your order lands but you’re out questing (or you’ve decided you don’t want it), we might have to let it go, and refunds won’t be in the cards.
