Thank you for shopping at Chiody! We stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure you have a wonderful experience with us. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted our policy outlined below.

Returns Policy

At Chiody, we offer a 30-day quality guarantee for items that arrive damaged or faulty. If you receive a defective item, you have the option to return it for a refund, replacement, or exchange. Please initiate your request through our contact form within 30 days from the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests for defective items beyond this period.

Non-Quality Related Returns

For returns not related to quality issues—such as a change of mind, or ordering the wrong size, or color—we are happy to facilitate size or color exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date. To process an exchange, please reach out to us for the return address and detailed instructions on the exchange process.

Please ensure that all returned items are unwashed, unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached. Exchange requests can only be made for items of the same or lesser value.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items, except in cases where the item is confirmed as faulty by our team. We do not offer pre-paid return labels for returns or exchanges.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-7 days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

Chiody reserves the right to define, limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive return history indicative of “wardrobing.”
  • Returns involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items.
  • Suspected fraudulent or criminal activity.

Cancellations or Changes

We understand that you might need to cancel or change your order. Orders are automatically processed as quickly as possible, but we offer a window for cancellations or changes under the following conditions:

  • Cancellations: To cancel your order without incurring a fee, please contact us WITHIN 6 hours of the order being successfully paid.
  • Changes: If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us WITHIN 24 hours of the order being successfully paid.

We cannot guarantee order modifications after 24 hours of successful payment. If you wish to make changes after this period, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
